Excellent service. Unloaded a fully packed 16 foot PODS container. The guys showed up on time, were courteous and respectful, and treated our belongings with care. I hired Elite Movers to do the heavy lifting to load the big (heavy) furniture items into my storage container. I only really needed the big stuff done, figuring I could take care of whatever was left over. I was so happy... in the three hours I had them, they managed to take apart and load three queen beds and frames, two dressers, two end tables and ALL the boxes and misc stuff I had to load! They showed up on time, protected my floors and stair railings with blankets and mats, had a tool box ready to go for taking apart the furniture, worked hard, secured the load with straps, protected my items with the blankets I provided, and were VERY professional! They even helped me pack a few of the random items I didn't know how to pack. I learned a lot about moving while we worked together to get it all done! I am very happy with the entire process! Thank you Jerry, Jay and Josh! See you in three months when I need the container unloaded!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Elite Movers Denver provides each client with an arrival window when the appointment is booked. If a client books an afternoon appointment the crew will notify the client when their morning appointment has finished and they are on there way. The first appointment of the day is scheduled for 8am and the afternoon arrival window is normally 12pm-2pm. The Crew will always call ahead of time to notify our clients of an arrival time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
All of our Moving Trucks Are stocked with 60 moving pads, floor protector, door protector, dolly's, tape, and plastic wrap to guarantee the very best service. Elite Movers will bring all the tools to disassemble and reassemble your beds. If your bed has air or water fill, please empty it before moving day. Some beds do require additional services and costs, such as: log beds, very complicated bunk bed systems and canopy beds. All the bedding should be removed before the movers arrive.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always recommend that client do as much as they can before move day, but the crew will come prepared to do everything required to get the move completed safely. Packing items into boxs, clearing out shelves, and clearing off furniture so the crew can prepare the furniture for the move.
