Dave is an expert packer and so concerned with the care of your belongings. This is the 2nd time I've used his services and would recommend him and his crew to anyone.

The good: they accepted my order with less than 24h notice, and most of the crew was friendly (the main guy was impatient and almost rude at times). The bad: they were paid for 3 hours but in a hurry to leave once the job was not fully done after 2 hours. They didn't tie anything down in my POD so when it arrived all the contents had shifted forward and partially collapsed. It took the unload crew longer than planned because they had to tie/prop things down to avoid a disaster while unloading. This happens because the grouchy lead guy piled many super heavy boxes (books) on top. I am still unpacking to see the extend if the damage.

The company did an good job moving the furniture and other stuff. I underestimated the amount of things I had to pack and had too many boxes for the storage container, but they did an excellent job packing and maximizing the space. Arrived a little late but once they got going they did a good job, however it was hard for one of the gentleman to go up and down the many steps I had at my place, so luckily there was a third guy that came along and helped out (myself and my friend also helped move boxes so it would go quickly).

Very Professional, on time arrival in the morning. Nothing got damaged loading, in transit and unloading. Packed truck very well. I plan to use them again and would recommend them without reservation.

They didn't show up on time, worked at a slow pace, had to be watched because of too many smoke breaks and had some damages to some furniture. Caught them in some lies. We have witnesses to this.
