Very good communication, they called to confirm they got the order right away. Explained the process, answered all my concerns and was very professional. They called on their way to let us know what time they would arrive. They were on time, got right to work. They were very enthusiastic and energetic and worked very hard until the job was done. Took care to make sure the furniture was wrapped correctly to try and avoid any damage. We are satisfied with their performance.

The team from Basik Movers called to let me know they would be delayed. Once they arrived though, we did a run through and then they got right to work. They worked hard, took great care of my belongings and put everything in the place requested. Not once did they complain about the flight of stairs they went up and down about a hundred times! The team did introduce themselves, but I'm sorry to say that I forgot their names. However, the gentleman that was inside and hauling things upstairs was had a great caring personality, and had me laughing. I also really enjoyed the young lady that was part of the team. She was amazing, and worked tirelessly. The leader, I think, "Q," was very organized and kept everything running smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

If you are trying to figure out which outfit to use to help with your move, as I was a week ago, look no further than Basik. The team that arrived had a tremendous can-do attitude and really offered great support and advice over and above the physical move itself. Professional in every respect, they have the techniques and know-how to move your belongings without damage, while making you feel reassured. They showed early, stayed late, and went above-and-beyond, helping me to get some unneeded stuff to the Goodwill store - at their suggestion. Moving is stressful, do yourself a favor and don't make it harder than it needs to be, hire Basik!
