On time and respectful. They worked quickly in the heat of the day. I hired 3 helpers, and 1 was obviously in training, but the lead was very good and supportive. They completed the job 30 minutes early. Yes, I would hire them again.

It would be hard to imagine 2 movers less competent at their jobs than the guys The Right Moves sent to us to unload a 12' box truck. One simply dropped a box that was clearly marked as containing china and glass. Of the 15 or so items in the box, only a coffee saucer survived. The items were from my wife's grandmother's family in western Kansas. Hooking up the washing machine was also a challenge. Long after they departed, we discovered that the machine wasn't correctly hooked up and much time was then wasted mopping up water. To the best of my knowledge, there was no apology offered when the box was dropped and they never suggested that we might want to check the connections before using the washing machine. I've used movers close to 20 times in my adult life. The Right Moves is at or near the bottom when it comes to quality.

First we show up, on time. Second we introduce ourselves and get started the fastest way possible, addressing the needs of the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We personally tailor instructions for each customer based on what is required.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do all types of moves. Long distance moves, local moves, office moves (disassembly and reassembly of cubicles and appliances).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part is hearing how happy it makes customers feel to have had such a great experience!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train in furniture wrapping techniques for maximum protection, and dissembling and reassemblimg with no instruction reference.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
