Extremely nice and a good hard worker. The initial team wasn't able to handle the amount of lifting we needed. However? they were able to pull an additional helper in to make it happen.

They were not on time - called the night before and asked to come an hour later the next morning, which was fine with me. Didn't show up the next morning until over an hour later than the new arrival time (2+ hours after the originally scheduled time). They did call to let us know they would be late, but they were still later than they stated they would be, basically using up half our day waiting around for them. They did work very hard and got the job done relatively quickly. A few furniture items would have surely been damaged with the way they tipped them up on the dolly if I hadn't wrapped them so well, but that didn't happen thankfully. They only unloaded approx 1/3 of a 22ft truck, so fast was to be expected. They didn't bring any of their own dollies or moving supplies, so they used mine, which was fine. I'd use them again for certain things because they were friendly and worked hard - but timeliness is important to me, so probably not most things.
