What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After going over a inventory of items being moved and moving contract will be sent email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Four to seven men will arrive. The lead man will do a walk through of your home. Items that are not being moved, should be pointed out. Once the walk through is completed the move typically starts in the bedrooms with the beds going first. Items (beds, dresser mirrors, dining/kitchen tables) are broken down, padded, and shrunk wrapped.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all boxes taped top and bottom, and labeled for each room they are going into. Remove all loose items / knick knacks from tables, dressers and have them packed into boxes. You can use large trash bags for bedding/pillows.
