The communication from this company started out really well - I requested a time change in my moving schedule and they were willing to accommodate. Move day went smoothly, but because they were nearly 30 minutes outside the close of the hour arrival window that they allow themselves and I had a schedule to keep, I had already loaded most of the 15’ truck myself. They finished their job in about 15 minutes, and I was still charged the two hour minimum. I’ve worked with other moving companies who were late and offered compensation for their tardiness. This company unfortunately did not. Communication and friendliness were two things I appreciated about this company and their employees, but they fell short in being on time and fairness with the charge for work. I would recommend them for their work ethic, but not for their business ethic.

They did not arrive on time.
Movers are scheduled to come between 8am to 9am.
Got message that they will come close to 10am, did not arrive at 10am.
Got another message at they will come around 11:20am, they arrived almost 12noon.
we hired them for 3 hours, they finished the work in 2 hours.
Even though they still an hour left, they won't help build bed frame not reconnect 2 piece couch. Disappointed!

Didn't show up on the scheduled time, I tried to call them to find out what was going on but no one answered. I rescheduled through hire a helper to their only available time which was after dark the same day. I paid for 3 helpers but only 2 showed up. 3 stars only because the 2 that showed worked hard and committed to getting everything done within the hours I requested

Helpers were two hours late, got there and acted like they didn't know how to load up the truck, worse packing job ever, took a while for them to show up to the unloading property, I actually beat them there and I was driving the truck, I ended up having to pay for a extra hour because of the terrible service.

They were over an hour late starting which made me miss the time slot for the movers at the house I was moving. After showing up late, they said they needed to go get something to drink and left for another 30 minutes. When they finally started working at 11:04 AM, they were taking their time doing everything. They were unable to load a 1 bedroom apartment in 2 hours, and he came to me at 12:52 saying the time had run out meaning he started the time before actually getting into my apartment let alone actually moving anything.
