The guys did an awesome job packing the truck efficiently and tightly.
There was one piece that we had specified that did not get moved. Appeared to be a miscommunication between the dispatcher and the 2 guys
All in all, I was very happy with Gentlehands Movers as they were very responsive and when I didn’t hear back from the first company I contacted thru Hire a Helper, even though I had a confirmation number; Don with Gentlehands called Hire a Helper to straighten out the lack of communication between HAH and moving companies that show up as available on their website.

On time and respectful of our time and needs for their services . Will definitely use them again! Only downside is two hour minimum for labor when 30 to 45 minutes of work needed.

They did not show up, and then did not answer my calls. The owner picked up the first time and said they were on their way, which was an hour ago. I had to pay a premium to have another company come out the same day. I'm not sure how they have good reviews. 100% do not book these people. I wish I had read the yelp reviews first, which list a number of 1 star reviews. Thank goodness we booked with hire a helper and they were able to get us a replacement within the hour. Props to them! The replacement was Speedy Movers, we highly recommend them! Great guys
My name is Don you never spoke to me I've been in the hospital for a life threatening heart at. We have great reviews be cause we do a great job that's just the bottom line. I hope you can for give me for not attending your job but as of today I'm still hospitalized. I sincerely apologize as we would never intentionally leave anyone stained.

Very accommodating with my unloading. I had to change arrival time two times based on elevator availability at my new location. They worked hard and as fast as possible based on the 1920's building setup and size of elevator! I have used them before and have not disappointed!
