We were swamped that day and only sent out the 2 men you requested instead of the 3 we suggested. My crew-members reported that the walk from the apartment to the elevator,then to the truck was about 2 football fields away.... That, the careful, precise wrapping & loading of your paintings as well, other valuables, which you insisted they take their time on and be cautious with while wrapping and handling. Oh, and you tried to skip out on the bill. Yes, Please do hire another company next time.

We had 2 different start times written down. When we tried to confirm the day before you did not respond, so we went w/the earliest. You & your husband were rude, uncompromising & trying to tell me how to run MY BUSINESS!.. I won't put up with that from you or anyone else ! My movers were trying to be sympathetic to your cause so they could finish the job.

The crew arrived on time and unfortunately the truck did not, yet the movers ( Tom and Mike) reportedly went right to work and set everything by your fence while waiting for the truck. As their employer, that's exactly the type of can and will do attitude I personally enjoy hearing about !

We brought pads, you refused to use them. You estimated the job time we did not, when the movers arrived it was 100 degrees out and they told you your estimate was wrong and it'd take longer than you thought. The clock was loaded and you wanted to see it but didn't wanna pay for the time to breakdown and rebuild the load. 15 min. Late is reasonable and you were informed of their late arrival.Also, you did not request a specialized strap for the piano. You constantly interrupted the job w/demands

Wow!! Where do I start?.... I am truly sorry that this happened on your job!......It Seems that you and Christina had similar problems only, yours was a month after hers. If I had known about what happened on her job sooner, I could have prevented the problems from occurring on your job! I have since reprimanded these employees and instructed them that this type of behavior is unacceptable. They were told they would be terminated if they acted in this or any similar manner again!

Umm......First off, If I talked to you on the phone, that was a Move Confirmation Call!!! Secondly, I had no idea that your move turned out the way it did!!! It was raining the day that you had your move rescheduled for. You were given a window time of 4-5pm and they were there@ 4:35.You had no pads. You had 3 pods to load in the rain and nothing got wet. You were not charged a rescheduling fee and you still have not paid for your overtime,which was accrued due to the weather and you adding extra stuff on at the end of the job. If you were so dissatisfied with their service,why did you tip my crew $12 each?

We normally suggest a start time of 10am when dealing with truck rental companies, because as you found out your truck wasn't ready @ 7am. Also, a later start allows us to pull movers from different locations when necessary...... because not all our movers live near our customers. Some movers need to take public transportation and thereby rely on train and bus schedules, which can be a little funny sometimes.

They were short a man and still got done in a timely manner even though you added extra onto the job. They were within their start time window. You were attempting to refuse payment because they were short a man, but they worked even quicker and harder and it even came out cheaper for you. If you didn't like my crew or terms of the job you shoulda sent them home! They got everything you told them to get before they left. If you didn't like them why did you buy them lunch and tip them?

Ron, We are sorry to hear that the moving company you hired to move you into your new home didn't take care of your electronics. We attempted to pack your electronics& storage,so that no damage would occur during the transit. However, your movers were coming in a few hours, and as requested we just left some packing materials.
