Great service on load/unload labor! Had issue with online scheduling vs. their real schedule, but they promptly addressed it the next day. They showed up right on time with new time slot. Guys were patient and friendly to accommodate our storage situation, but also prompt at taking action and not to waste our time. Highly recommended! They took their time loading the items so that we would have to pay for an addition hour. Once there was something mentioned about the time they the. Started speeding up. Myself and my spouse moved the same items in within a 3 hour window. Thought it would have been easier to get movers this time. Ended paying way more than expected.

Alex and David were seriously the BEST!!! They were so friendly, helpful, and fast. I can't even believe how hard they worked to get all our heavy stuff downstairs, especially with that crazy narrow staircase. David even helped me lug my bike from up there, and Alex swooped in to handle those super heavy bags into our truck. They wrapped up all our furniture so carefully, and they were so patient while we finished leaving the house clean. Plus, they were super quick to respond, since the move was so last-minute for us. Melrose Moving guys are seriously profesh! Huge thanks to them!
