What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon receipt of order, we immediately text/email a request to complete our online GoogleDoc order form. Once submitted & scheduled, an email confirmation which be sent to include all data submitted as will be given to the crew, for review & to advise of any revisions. The evening before move day, we send our courtesy reminders (you select in the order form if to be sent via text, email or phone call) which will confirm start time as well as the crew's names & photos.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The crew will be reaching out via phone call or text to confirm when they're en route & their ETA.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We request in our order form that all customers read over our BASIC DAMAGE PROTECTION policy found on our website and in the order form itself, of which we do require compliance. The policy covers everything needed for prepping for move day.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it ALL! Residential, commercial, office moves, storage consolidation, long distance and local including labor only (you provide the truck) as well as full service (we provide the truck).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Helping people is what we strive to do every day ~ our expertise means we are able to reduce the stress and workload of our customers which is our overall goal in this business! Meeting people from different parts of the world moving to the Austin area is a great perk, too!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All new new crewmen & helpers are worked as extra men on jobs with seasoned crewmen who will be able to assist with teaching the ropes of moving furniture, until they become experienced enough to send as a standalone crewman with a lead as part of a crew on their own.
