We were very disappointed with the service we recieved. The movers showed up on time, but the positives stopped there. The movers attempted to leave partway through the job, leaving a large amount of things behind. When we asked for help carrying things to the dumpster, they refused. Finally, after they left(with stacks of boxes and furniture in the wrong rooms) we realized that they had ripped apart a new bookcase without asking or telling us, completely ruining the item in question. They emptied the refrigerator, but the boxes of perishables are missing. They seemed more interested in leaving early than doing a good job, and although we had asked for help unpacking, they left an hour before our paid time was up, with nothing unpacked. None of the boxes are labeled in any way. At one point, we realized that we hadn't seen any of the gentlemen for 15 minutes or longer, and only found them when they came looking for payment. I would not hire these movers again if they were the only moving company in Indianapolis. Any money you save by using them will be spent replacing damages done to your property, or on another service to actually complete the job.

The moving crew was very friendly, and they worked hard for the most part on a hot day. It was well worth the cost. They came early, but confirmed it would be ok first. We would recommend them, they also helped by bringing all the supplies i requested and more. Our stuff is currently in storage so i can't speak to how well the things were packed until we see minimal damage.

Overall, I could not have asked for an easier move. Booked the movers approximately five hours prior to the move needing to take place due to a time constraint and they accepted the job with little hesitation. I booked them for four hours due to the hireahelper.com suggested time estimates and ended up only using them for a total of two hours. Once i called the company to explain the situation, they agreed to refund the unused time which I was a little worried about. The movers were fast, punctual and polite. It was crumby weather and they kept pace with me. I did assist quite a bit during the move but they were great help and we were able to get everything done prior to the weather getting unsuitably bad.

We hired some help to move heavy furniture in a POD.
The 2 guys (sorry I forgot the name) were wonderful.
They worked fast, filled the pod with as much furniture as
possible and had all protected. Seemed like they not only knew what they were doing, they also understood each other. We will hire them again to unload the pod.
To call the service line and explain that we only need help
to move heavy furniture for approx 2 hours, I felt a bit misunderstood.
Did not matter in the end, the guys made up for it.
They where running late, but called to let us know.
