These movers are absolutely the best in the business for professionalism and customer service. They showed up prepared and got right work. They packed with care and were able to knock out a 24 foot truck in no time, packed, and unpacked w/ 30-min travel in under 4 hours. Their work ethic was stellar and I would gladly recommend their services to anyone who needs to move in the greater Baltimore area.

Although I was initially disappointed that Phil and Rocky forgot furniture pads, they more than made up for it with their professionalism and care they took with our furniture.
They were on time, worked hard, and even entertained my 3-yr old while they reassembled our dining room table. I will definitely use King & Queen again.

Anthony and Mike were on time, got right to work, and worked diligently and efficiently until the job was done. Their packing and stacking was excellent. When Pack-Rat picked up the pod they packed it weighed 7K lbs. - perfect. The pod was packed tightly and securely and they handled our carefully. I would recommend this brother team to any one.

They arrived late. They were not prepared for the job and did not bring all of the moving supplies that I requested. They did work hard but they did not want to take breaks and one person suffered a heat stroke and had to go to the emergency room of the hospital. Things were broken (including brand new appliances for which I have had to pay a lot of money to have repair men come and repair them and replace parts) and I would not use them again. They did not come with any water or food and expected me to pay for all of it throughout the day for all of the movers.

GETTING THEM THERE IS THE PROBLEM
They were supposed to be there between 10 and 11 a.m. Got a call just before 10 and said the first job was running over - estimated arrival now at 1 to 2 p.m. It wouldn't have been an issue, IF THEY HAD SHOWED UP.
When it got to be 3 and I hadn't heard anything, started phone calls and texts. NO RESPONSE. Called Hire a Helper, who offered to get me someone else. Heard back from these guys with a firm commitment to be there by 4:30.
You guessed it - now "traffic" was the problem and then then they claimed the job had been cancelled. I insisted they show up,and call Hire a Helper to confirm. I finally got an estimate of 5:30. I had to return the truck on Monday and it was a 26 ft. truck packed full.
They finally showed up at 6:00 p.m. (7 HOURS AFTER I REQUESTED). We had to help unload and the job finally got done at 8:00 pm.
While they worked hard and were careful, the failure to show up and the grief I had to incur getting them to show up just isn't worth it.
