They were on time, but not prepared for the job. They got so much help from us to unload the truck but when it came to the wall small piano, they asked for $100 since it was not part of the items to unload. We booked to load the truck from hire a helper and the crew in Chicago load the piano with no problem. Do not think we hire them or recommend them to anybody.

This was the first time I have needed help like this, and I was very pleased with the gentlemen who came to move my furniture out of my house into temporary storage. They communicated along the way as far as time they would arrive, and they worked hard to do all that I needed done.
I highly recommend Wilbur and Paul. They were very strong and took great care while moving my piano.

Our helpers did an excellent job. They accomplished an amazing amount of work in 6 hours. High energy and moving the entire time. They were very careful with all boxes labeled fragile and all furntiure that they moved for us. Would be a pleasure to work with them again.

The staff was great! Two guys ( who had all of their equipment stolen the night before) worked like demons to get our job done.
What wasn't good was the scheduling. They arrived no less than four and one-half hours late, this due to a prior job that ran long. Had our pickup by Pods not also been late, we would have been in a real bind.

A bit delayed from a previous job but once they swung into action, the timetable we had was more than made up. Courteous and professional and extremely adept at space planning and prioritizing the loading of objects. They were careful and engaging.

The same 2 gentlemen helped me with unloading 2 of 3 PODS. The only reason they didn't unload all 3 was that they were booked. They were punctual and so professional. They were very meticulous about handling my possessions and very patient. They clearly have a lot of experience. I have one more in town move in my future and plan to use them. Fantastic service!!!!!!!

I was at work, but my husband, who was present at the loading job, was very happy that Wilbur arrived on time! He had the mattress bag I had requested, and the dolley necessary to quickly move my stuff in the truck. Despite the heat, they never stopped working, and finished with the first two-hour time frame. Wilbur and his assistant werer very polite, professional, careful and efficient! I will highly recommend Mom-n-Pop's Moving LLC!

The movers were great, although the first crew never showed up (!). Not sure if that was due to a problem with hireahelper.com or with Mom's-N-Pop's Moving LLC though.
