I hired the service for 3 hours. With less than 2 hours, as I expected, the pod was full since I already had almost all of my furniture in the garage. When the pod was full I asked the team to move some boxes and furniture from the house to the garage. They said that they were only paid to fill the pod. I called the service and they confirmed it. After discussing with them for almost 30 min, they decided to continue the service that they were paid for but it look like a favor In the end, they worked for 2 hours, not the paid 3 hours and we all were upset
