The movers were really friendly and showed up exactly on time. The lower rating is due to the amount of time that they spent loading and unloading our items. I scheduled for 3 hours because that is how long it took our movers 6 months ago to unpack our entire house (we moved into a rental because we couldn't find anything to purchase in the area). This time, we had already moved *everything* except furniture, ourselves. It took these movers 6 hours to load and unload the furniture. It is my opinion that they extended the time intentionally so that they could charge double. I should note that I completely understand the need for breaks- that isn't what I am referring to at all. I have moved frequently for work so I have plenty of experiences to compare to this one. Just be prepared to pay more than you planned.

Excellent company! I had an issue opening my POD and they were so understanding and flexible with rescheduling. Their movers were on time and all so polite, friendly and hard working. Everyone at the office that I spoke to was so kind and eager to help me. I really can’t say enough good things!

My movers were timely and super efficient, as well as cost effective! I would definately recommend this company to anyone for any size move! They packed an amazing amount of stuff into that 1 small pod! I cannot say the same for the unloading team in the Atlanta area and would never recommend and use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a confirmation call from our friendly office staff within 24 hrs. of booking your request. They will go over the details and address an questions or concerns you may have. We also do a confirmation call the day before your move, just to check in and make sure everything is still on schedule and re-confirm address and start times.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day your crew leader will give you a call at least 30 minutes out. Please let them know if there are any special parking instructions or changes. Our crews bring dollies with them on all jobs. They will also bring a protection package including rope, tape, and plastic shrink wrap available for purchase if you would like to utilize our supplies.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure to provide at least 1 moving blanket for each Item of furniture we will be loading. The crew will utilize them to protect your cherished belongings from any damage during your drive.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are a full service moving company. We can handle any type of moving help you may need. We do local and long distance loading/ unloading. No job is too big or too small.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is the customers. We have met so many great people over the years. We have hundreds of repeat customers. It always great to see them again and see how their family's have grown or changed.We know moving is stressful so we do our absolute best to make our part as easy and seamless as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are thoroughly background checked before they are hired. Upon being hired we make sure they are fully trained and able to complete the work before they step a foot into the first home.
