The work was okay but not perfect. Main issue was the refrigerator which first the guy could not get the plug in, inserting some 3-5 time, the plug tight. Also said water connection wrong. I can't prove it but the plug issue, compressor burned out! And no issue with water connection when technician came out to check fridge issue!

I had 3 guys show up to do the work on time, and all 3 were kind, courteous and FAST! Halfway through them loading my POD for me, I already knew it was the right decision to hire them. The way they loaded all my furniture and boxes in there, there's no way I could have fathomed doing that on our own. They took direction easily, and were very gentle with some of my antique furniture. I definitely recommend using them.

My movers did fine. They arrived within the time window and met me where we agreed. Their small moving cart was not completely capable of doing the job, but we borrowed one from a tenant in my building. I lived on the 5th floor, so I know that made it harder because we had to pile things on the carts. They both worked hard and made sure they finished in under 2 hours. The guys were very friendly and did whatever I asked. They were respectful of my property. One of them had brought all the tools he needed to disassemble my bed, so that was done quickly. They were careful and polite. I would definitely use them again.

The gentlemen we prompt on very short notice. They were respectful of both myself and my property and went over and above what I had asked them to move. I would recommend them to anyone.

The movers were great! They did not complain about the third floor. They were very careful with my things.

The helpers arrived at the late end of the time reserved. We were kept informed as to the time of arrival. Workers did not have all tools that might have been useful (for example, socket set and allen wrenches). They did have dollies and hand trucks. Workers were very polite and worked hard the entire time they were at our home. Two additional workers (not reserved) showed up for about 20 minutes; we're not sure who they were, or why they were here, but they were worked hard while they were here! They were very careful with our property and we would use them again!
