The workers were actually early and waiting on our pods to arrive. They did not begin charging for time until the pods were opened and they began work. Their scheduler did not have them down for putting furniture together but they were nice enough to do the best they could without their own tools. I am very pleased with the job they did. I would definitely recommend them.

Polite, helpful in terms of giving hints ahead of time to make things easy, good communication, very careful with furniture as well as not to damage walls or floors, genius at efficently loading a POD. They were able to load everything inone POD when POD company estimated I'd need 2. Next time I would just call them and not bother checking other companies. Oh and their prices are reasonable too

Boxes were damaged, missing boxes and broken furniture. They 3x as long as needed. carried a box at a time. A cart was provided but they would not use it.

We hired them to load a large POD when we moved our Mom from Chicago to Minneapolis. Ivan and Javier from Coffey Bros were on time, pleasant, organized and professional. The guys did a great job. They came prepared, were on time, acted professional and accommodating in every way. Went above and beyond to ensure you were satisfied. However, be aware of the additional costs that the company neglects to mention when contracting with them. You are charged for blankets, shrink wrap, tape, etc. basically anything used in moving. Also make sure when you get a quote your bulk or larger items are in writing on the contract because you are charged extra for those.

Number 1, I should have not been billed an additional hour. The guys were very good, they knew their stuff especially the lead guy. I was impressed. I do have a issues. First one is when they were done with a roll of tape or anything else they left it for me to pick up, secondly they went through the stuff I was getting rid of. That's okay but who ever the individual was they left the boxes they went through open and untapped. My biggest concern was that took my remaining boxes with them without asking. I still had packing to do and I had to go buy additional boxes. So I would like to be reimburst for that and the extra hour of labor.

Arrived on time. Very Prepared and made sure everything was securely wrapped and padded including all furniture and electronics. They were very hard workers and speedy. Very respectful of making sure everything moved to the POD arrived safely. If I ever move again I would immediately contact Coffey Bros Moving and Utilize using PODS for storage.
