They were definitely on time. I was informed of their arrival time through out their journey to my house. They were friendly and respectful. They were prepared for their job and I would definitely use them again.

The movers themselves did a great job, however my scheduled time was 9-10am, they finally arrived at 5:30pm. I called several times for ETA’s told they were stuck on their first job, by 11 they would be here, then by 3pm, then after 5. They were exhausted when they arrived I really felt bad for them, then they got on with my job and finished by 8:30 pm. They were very nice, but being as it was in the 90’s all day, and had to move out the 1st client and then move her into her new home, that she hadn’t closed on yet, was ridiculous.

Customer should prepare there self by having items boxes properly taped an secure. Next making sure you have furniture blankets to protect valuable furniture an etc. Next have priority items ready to be placed first to avoid items be left behind.

We have handled local , long distance an office moves , hotel moving needs as well.
