Very hardworking team. They moved everything we asked, quickly and smoothly. Showed-up a couple of hours early, but that was OK for us. I think we would use them again...I would like to rate them 4.5 out of 5.0, but your scale does not support this.

The movers arrived on time and with 4 workers instead of the 2 we requested. The boss said he brought 4 so they could do it quicker since he had booked another job in a couple hours, we had requested 4 hours and anticipated possibly more. The movers worked hard and I thought did a good job, but worked WAY too fast. My elderly mother was inside attempting to direct them where to put boxes but they came way too fast for her with boxes and overwhelmed her. I stayed outside and tried to direct them where to put things in the garage and house or tell them to check with my Mom. Again stuff just kept flying by faster than I could even look at it. The boss kept them hustling too fast so they could get done to go to the next job. When they were finished unloading our (3) 8'x8'x16' pack-rat containers I thought they had done a decent job, but after their leaving I began to think not so much of a good job. Too much was just piled randomly in the garage and house in an effort to "get it inside and finish the job". The 3 workers were very good and the boss was okay, but he rushed them too much to be able to get the job done right. After they left we started finding all the damage to our new house... Desk chair sat on the new rug with no base on it and the greasy piston rod smeared all over the carpet. Numerous dents in the walls from items being knocked into them. Big dent in the formal living room wall corner needing a piece of metal and re-plastered, 2 big dents in the hallway leading to the family room. My desk tight up against the wall scratched the paint off the wall, 3 smashed and bent door stops from boxes or items piled on them, paint chipped off the wall and a dent from my moms entertainment center in her bedroom. All work we have to get repaired once we finish moving in! It was a relatively quick job for the amount of stuff we had, but not a very good or careful job due to the rushing and all the damage done. I would have much preferred to pay for more time and get the job done right, neater, and with less damage. They got the containers unloaded and moved, worked hard, but due to the boss rushing them and overbooking was far too rushed, and too sloppy of a job. I would not use them again.

Hired for 2 hours thinking it would take longer. Larry assured me it wouldn't take mearly that long to unpack a moving truck. Him and his helper were finished in just over an hour and was very professional. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

AWESOME!!!!! Larry and his team were our super heros this past weekend. They were super efficient, deligent, realiable, took great care of our stuff and most importantly kind and courteous. It was storming the day of our move, but Larry showed up on time, and prepared for the job despite the weather condition. He rescheduled with no problem for the next day, and ensured us that everything would be ok. It is our 5th move to date and this has been the BEST one yet!!!! Thank you Larry once again!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary of our services and ensure that we have all the necessary information to execute the move smoothly. Our team of experienced movers will arrive promptly on the day of the move, equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies. We will handle your belongings with care and ensure that they are safely transported to your new location. If there are any unexpected situations or last-minute changes, we will work with you to find the best solution.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
. Our team will take extra care with fragile items and ensure they are properly wrapped and secured during transport. We will also provide any necessary disassembly/reassembly of items, as well as placement of items in your new location. Throughout the process, our team will communicate with you and address any concerns or questions you may have. Our goal is to make your moving day as stress-free and efficient as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label all boxes clearly with their contents and the room they belong in. This will help your movers (or yourself) to quickly deliver the boxes to the appropriate room. Additionally, make sure furniture is disassembled as much as possible. Remove drawers and shelves, unscrew legs, and pack any loose pieces in labeled boxes or bags. It's also a good idea to have all your moving supplies (packing tape, bubble wrap, and scissors) in a designated area, so they are easily accessible when needed.
