Larry and both other movers did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient and careful with my furniture. We packed and unloaded a 20' truck in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again the next time I need movers.

My appointment time was 10am and they didn't arrive until 11:40. I was hoping they'd have larger dollies or flatbed rollers but they only had a small one of each. Fortunately they were fast and strong, so it didn't slow the process down too much, only made holding large objects and stacking small boxes awkward and they dropped things a few times. Also didn't use furniture blankets or bring their own tools to take the bed and dresser apart. They were friendly and hardworking, but not totally prepared or organized which is why I'm knocking it down a star.

The helpers worked around our schedule. They were very accommodating and they also look out for the best interest of the customer. Their arrival time was perfect. I had a little extra time to prepare for their arrival. The helpers I had were very careful with all of our furniture. Not only that, it was a joy to be around such positivity. All I can say is that these workers love their job. In today's world we live in, it is very rare that you meet such friendly and helpful individuals. They take a lot of pride in their work. They are definitely an asset to A1 Loyalty. I would definitely use them again. They also try to grant every request you have, and if not, they are very resourceful.

This company should be removed from this site. If you are a woman or have children in your home, please do not use this service. Hire a Helper should also be accountable for representing a company that takes advantage of vulnerable people. Be careful when utilizing services like this. Taking advantage of flood victims and misrepresenting your company is unethical and often illegal. Shame on both companies.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary of our services and ensure that we have all the necessary information to execute the move smoothly. Our team of experienced movers will arrive promptly on the day of the move, equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies. We will handle your belongings with care and ensure that they are safely transported to your new location. If there are any unexpected situations or last-minute changes, we will work with you to find the best solution.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
. Our team will take extra care with fragile items and ensure they are properly wrapped and secured during transport. We will also provide any necessary disassembly/reassembly of items, as well as placement of items in your new location. Throughout the process, our team will communicate with you and address any concerns or questions you may have. Our goal is to make your moving day as stress-free and efficient as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label all boxes clearly with their contents and the room they belong in. This will help your movers (or yourself) to quickly deliver the boxes to the appropriate room. Additionally, make sure furniture is disassembled as much as possible. Remove drawers and shelves, unscrew legs, and pack any loose pieces in labeled boxes or bags. It's also a good idea to have all your moving supplies (packing tape, bubble wrap, and scissors) in a designated area, so they are easily accessible when needed.

In our 15 years of experience we have been responsible for handling thousands of Houston local moves as well as cross country office moves. Some of our previous customers include NASA, T-Mobile Houston Public Library, Houston Astros, Methodist Hospital. Superbowl Houston. Reliant Energy.
