I called the driver half an hour into the arrival window to get an eta and he let me know they'd be late and were about an hour away. It was fine and the clock didn't start until they arrived. They did a fine job unpacking though my husband did a lot of the actual pulling boxes out of the pod and they did a lot of transporting the goods from the pod to the apartment. They finished right at the two hour mark. They were courteous and kind.

Arrived about an hour late. Hired team of 2 was 1 adult and 3 teens. Took them 4 hours - including 15-20 minute breaks every hour - to unload a 26’ truck. They kept dropping things on the ground; left items sitting all over the storage facility unsupervised; and charged additional, unexpected fees of $100 per hour for the 2 additional hours AND their 2 additional helpers - and wanted the extra fee paid privately and not via the app… plus they expected an additional $100 for a tip for the group. Their poor stacking job caused me to have to also get an additional storage unit just to get the job done. While I appreciated having help to move furniture I can’t lift, I didn’t appreciate feeling they took advantage of my time and money.
