The crew was supposed to be at my home between 9 and 10 am. They arrived late at 10:30. They did contact me a couple of times to let me know of the delays. They stated they had to find some additional crew member replacements and then there were traffic delays coming from Janesville. They were not dressed professionally in uniforms as they are supposed to be based on a comment from the lead man. First impression of the team was not positive. Once they arrived they did not appear very ambitious or efficient with their approach. I had to keep reminding them to focus on getting the large furniture items on the truck and the small amount of boxes. Because of the delays and their inability to get as much done as initially thought, this resulted in us being 2 hours late for the team unloading the truck. The Freight Angels lead stated near the original 2 hour mark the job was under scheduled and it would likely take at least an additional hour. I agreed to an additional half hour and had to keep on them to focus on getting the large furniture items loaded. Their focus was to get the main furniture and small amount of boxes on first, then the lawn furniture. They didn't get to the lawn furniture. I was not impressed with this team at all and would not recommend them. In addition, it would have been helpful to have known in advance how many moving blankets to rent. They ran out and as a result, my tables and sofas were not covered. I tried to get more but UHaul didn't have more. Your company didn't contact me until the day prior to my move, and then only after I called and left a message as well as I contacted HireAHelper. I will say the customer service and responsiveness with HireAHelper was very positive. The experience with Freight Angels was not positive.

The job was for moving some furniture from our garage to the upstairs bedroom. We were called to let us know they were running late. However, they arrived at that projected time. Once here, they navigated our stairway nicely with their heavy load. The furniture got moved and there was some sweating. They worked very hard! The job was completed in the time frame estimated. We would definitely use Freight Angels again for heavy lifting and moving. Nice way to book service

What a great crew! Very professional, friendly and hard working. Never stopped. I thought the job would take close to three hours and they were finished in less than two. The crew chief told me you have twenty minutes left, is there anything else we can move for you? Will definitely use them again!

Super job by Wayne and Andrew! Kept us appraised of when they'd be arriving and finished the job before the 2 hours were up. Were able to efficiently pack our POD and got all our stuff in. (Hadn't thought it would be possible!) Highly recommend!

It's very eye-opening when you try to move yourself one day, only get half of it done before finding yourself completely exhausted, and then call-in the pros 3 days later to finish the job. I would have expected these guys to be better at packing a truck and probably a little faster than myself, but their actual speed and ability to avoid bashing heavy objects into my walls was really very impressive. Great attitudes, great people, and I feel a little guilty that I didn't have more money to give them.

Freight Angels was on time, professional, and moved fast. They were well prepared for the job and worked very hard. The didn't damage any of my belonging or the house we were moving into. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and I will recommend them to everyone in my area. Seriously, these guys are the best.
