The gentleman in charge was good at his job. The other two men were not the brightest bulbs in the box. There was some packing that remained to be done. They attempted to help with that, however, when one does not know how to pack a box or how to use stretch wrap, they probably shouldn't be in the moving business.
It was a lot of work, but with efficient helpers, it should have not taken eight hours to load a 26' UHaul. My friends and I continued to load things in the truck after they left and said it was full.
It was a hard day for all and while I appreciate their best efforts it was not worth the nearly $1000 I paid to load a 26' truck. Very disappointed. Would definitely not use again.

I called the day before the scheduled date for helped requested an additional helper be added the two I had initially requested. The scheduler for Turn Back Time assured me it was no issue and a third mover would be added. On the scheduled day only two movers arrived and were not aware of my request for a third mover. The two movers that were assigned to us were nice but seemed more interested in talk and did not work with a sense of urgency. The two movers worked three hours and then left as the work was done; however, the company later that day billed for me double.
Would not recommend working with this company.

Herb and Robert are not just hard workers but smart about their work. They partner well together, play a good game of jenga when loading, follow customer wishes when appropriate, and were respectful with my things and with me. No off-color jokes, just mature men performing a good job well done. Oh, and Tye was there too.

We both thought too many "breaks" were taken and standing around was too frequent. When we would go outside to observe their progress they would increase their overall activity increasing our cost. We would not use this service again. Many items were left unloaded probably due to PODS underestimation of our total materials to be loaded.

Robert and Ty were great, on time and worked there butts off. Great crew, very respectful and attended to our move as if it was there own. I would hire these 2 guys again and the service for North Arkansas, and definitely will the next time we move. Thank you again for the stress free move gentlemen.
