The guys were not educated on moving large pieces of furniture. I had to coach them through every movement. They had no equipment to help them lift the furniture which resulted in 3 large dents in the walls. Some items they could not move due to not enough strength between the 2 of them.
Both of these guys moved at a snails pace dragging their heals as they schuffled along. On multiple occasions I had to tell one guy to take on other tasks instead of watching the other do a task. The POD that was being filled was done with no organization that I was left with a lot of empty space and heavy items stacked on top of light items. I guarentee I will have damaged and broken items when i go to inload. Very Disappointed. I received less than an hour of hard work for the quote of 2 hours. Also, my quote for 2 men for 2 hours was $120.00 and I was charged $180.00 with no explanation.
I would not recommend Spring Town Moving.

1st I would like to say the 2 people on this job were responsible for the 4 reviews under this 1. All of the furniture that you needed moved was put together in the rooms the pieces were located in and then glued, making it impossible to take them apart. You wouldn't listen to reason so now you have dents in your wall. The extra 60 dollars you paid went to hireahelper,and we have equipment but we were told that all we needed was a Dolly. I am sorry that you weren't pleased but you werent honest.
