We will pack your belongings, load them into your rental truck, drive your rental truck to your new location, unload your rental truck and even unpack your belongings if you wish. We will not leave until you are totally satisfied that the job is complete. If you need help arranging your furniture we will still be there to help you. Your Goal is Our Goal and we will not leave until your goal has been met. Our crews are Family Oriented men and understand the value of hard work and customer service / satisfaction. We are NOT some guy with a hand truck and friends trying make some quick cash to make beer and cigarette money. We do background checks, Megan's Law checks, local Court House records are checked also. We want you to be comfortable with your crew and not worry if they have an unwelcome past and are around your family and belongings. This is our concern as much as it is yours. Showed up on time and followed directions and request for the pack. The team did and excellent job of packing the load and making measurements to fit the furniture not just stuffing it in the truck. I appeared the detail and professional manner of their work. Both were very courteous and took care in handling the loads. I would recommend this crew and the service any time. I will most likely use them again with my follow-up add on move or local move in the near future.

The three guys that came were great - 15 minutes early and worked hard the whole time. Very professional and courteous. They brought plenty of furniture blankets. Great job! Highly recommend!

Nick and Jaret did an awesome job. They showed up on-time and did not leave a scratch on either house!! They worked very hard and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help moving.

The four young guys were energetic and courteous. Unfortunately, they were not prepared to load for a long distance move. They did not know to wait when I told them to slow down so that like things could be packed with like things, allowing for less shifting and a safe unload. We had furniture scratched, although not as much as I feared, Mike. It took four of us stopping the collapse when we got to the packed part. The back end I had complained about as they finished, but I did not have them repack it. That was my big mistake. Next time I would tell them to just do it over. We had broken boxes well marked as fragile, we had broken dishes and trunks with lids completely separate from the trunk, trunk lids broken. It was very painful.

Mike and Brandon were fantastic! They arrived exactly on time and finished unloading a 14' foot truck into a one-bedroom, third-floor apartment in what seemed like record time (less than an hour). Even on a very hot day, they were unfailing polite and courteous. I would use Lancpa Personal Solutions again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

a little disappointed with the kid that was late.....they started out knowing how to load properly then have way thru just kinda throwing things randomly in there...I specifically told them in the beginning to leave space for 12 suitcases and a few boxes in rear.........my suitcases were just thrown in there leaving us to unload the end of the truck to get to them...still tipped even $20 a piece and gave them cold water the entire time......also went 1hr over time.....last crew that loaded the same things into a smaller truck only took 2hrs total.......so a little disappointing...The movers that unloaded it at our destination couldn't believe what they encountered and verbally said it was a crappy, inexperience job done.......

They arrived 30 minutes EARLY. They were very nice and professional. The move took longer than anticipated, wasn't completely in their control/fault. A bookcase had some very minor damage, but all in all I was happy with the service.
