2 helpers were very efficient and knowledgeable. they loaded the truck quickly And were very helpful in figuring out how to protect certain things without a whole lot of packaging. I then drove the truck to California; everything came through just fine.

The guys were great! I don’t recall their names but they worked so hard to get the items upstairs- some stuff didn’t fit- but they tried so hard!! They were respectful, courteous, and very professional.

Greg and Dustin were delightful and funny. They did break one PVC pipe when trying to get a sofa into our basement (which proved to be too big) so that is why the 4 and not 5 stars. I would recommend them and A-1 though!
but not for nothing we told you before hand the couch was not going to fit and you insisted we try to squeeze it in hence the pipe ,
i knew it wasn't going to fit ,

The crew arrived on time. They were respectful and friendly. They were well prepared and I have no major complaints about anything. My only negative comment is that they were slower then most movers I’ve had before, but to be fair, I have a lot of heavy stuff. I am going to have to make a second moving trip as the truck I got was too small. That’s on me, though, not them. They packed it really well and my stuff is secure. I would definitely hire them again!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
we always call on the day of the move , my crew comes in full uniform ,with shrink wrap ,dollies , and tools , professional, caring , polite and willing to help in anyway , we start by padding and shrink wrapping all of your furniture and making sure floors and walls are protected , and the we strategically pack everything into your pod or truck with great care and precision , making sure in the process your are completely comfortable and satisfied with our work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
all you needd to do is make sure everything is in boxes , leave the rest to us , we will take care of the rest . our job is to make your move as easy and stress free as possible
What types of moves have you handled?
we had handled all types of moves , big ,small , we also do commercial moves , we handle unloading of 53ft trucks at Renewal by Anderson window company every week and have for the past 5 years
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
meeting new people , being able to help people and making them happy , we enjoy the personal touch we inflict on our customers ,
What training do you provide your crew members?
all of my men are trained with me personally for there first 3 months , so i can teach them the way we do things here at A-1 Movers , we are not like the rest , we put our heart and soul into every customer we move ,
