Hello,
We had Danny and Gideon as our movers. They were fantastic! They came early as a terrible rain storm was coming. They worked non stop under very HOT and HUMID conditions. They were able to carefully get very heavy and large items out with no damage to the furniture or walls. They were friendly, polite and hard working. We would absolutely use them again!

The guys that came by and helped unload our things were awesome! They were friendly and professional! Also, they welcomed us to CT ??. The movers were good but the company wanted another $400 just to take an upright piano on a 4 wheel dolly out of a truck with a liftgate. They ended up coming down to $200 which is added on to their hourly rate. We own a moving company as well by needed to subcontract a couple of movers for an interstate job. The most we add on for heavy item fees is $100 and we rarely even charge that.
The owner or manager of the company said their usual price is $700 to move a piano which is on top of their regular hourly rate!!!!
I also have this clearly stated on any orders so I’m not blind siding anyone.
You tried to take advantage of us by not telling us you had a piano in the first place and I was more than fair in bringing the price down to accommodate.
You most likely charged a premium price for moving your customer we only took home 500 bucks for 5 hours of work compared to the thousands you
