Scheduling and Flexibility:
They were fantastic with navigating our timeline (we super appreciated it), as we were moving in from out of state and weren’t exactly sure when we’d make it through traffic to get to our new home. We ended up getting to Philadelphia a bit earlier than expected and fully expected to be on our own unloading for a bit before our scheduled time. These guys were able to adjust and showed up earlier to help.
Speed and strength:
These men have mad muscle! They lifted things no problem! Those small boxes filled with books that I carried one at a time while waddling? They got multiple in one go as if they were no big deal! I could be crazy weak, and I might be, but these guys are basically Thor and Hulk.
We had a couple heavy items that I was really nervous weren’t going to be able to be moved. These guys were phenomenal! They worked together and coordinated getting our heavy stuff in! When I was ready to be like, “I guess it’s impossible and we’re going to have to get rid of this.” They were like, “We have got this! We WILL get it in!”
Caring of items moved:
So considerate! They were so considerate of our stuff! They would asked me where I wanted things and all of the boxes labeled fragile, they kept on the top of the pile and treated with care! I expected some items to break during the move, NOTHING broke!
Attitude and Personality
Honestly, this was one of my favorite reasons that I loved these movers. Moving full on sucks and is crazy stressful. These guys were so upbeat and optimistic and positive, it made me feel more calm and positive about everything!
It was such a hot and miserable day, these guys were just conquering the day and were just so kind. While I would have been grumpy in their position (heat plus humidity makes me into Oscar the Grouch), these guys acted as if they were on cloud nine! When they succeeded at something difficult, we all celebrated (great job again, incredibly impressed by Hector still)!
Seriously, these guys made our move. Book with them, you won’t regret it!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced

Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
What training do you provide your crew members?
