Move pros LLC was very respectful of our time. They arrived ahead of schedule and worked very hard. Finished a two hour job in 55 minutes. They were very kind and handled being around our two toddlers and newborn very well. Everything that they touched was placed down gently what’s zero damage to our house or our items. Definitely using them again when we move next time.

After the scheduler emailed me and called me several times to confirm the date and time of service, I was notified that the day of service that they would be an hour late. Once they showed, I had everything ready and thought perhaps they might do more since I had to pay for a 2 hour minimum. Instead, they watched me work to put away boxes and bins without helping. Although I paid to have an upright piano to be moved upstairs, they claimed it was too difficult to do this. They also couldn't get it one of our bedrooms. So, until today, it sits in the middle of the entryway where they took it off. The $200 extra for moving the piano off the truck which I could have done because the piano has wheels was refunded, but they worked less than an hour due to their lack of assistance and the piano fiasco. I was still charged for 2 hours. When they moved a dresser, they taped it up, did not put any blankets around it as they moved it with a dolly and left the tape on the dresser. I would not recommend the 2 who came out to my house that day.

Though have 3-man team, they failed to unload my safe from a truck without any problem. They had a tough time handling the move. Their method is unsafe, dislodging the safe from its base crate where it was attached, close to hurting themselves, and/or damaging the inside of the vehicle when they dropped the safe while still inside the truck. Once the safe is on the ground, they dragged it on the concrete flooring of the garage gouging it for 5 feet.

They arrived on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. My move was from San Antonio to Houston and the movers made sure to handle all of my furniture and boxes with care. I am overly pleased with the two movers and would recommend them to anyone looking to move locally or across the state. 10/10!

2 workers showed up, very kind and on time.
1 worker was not able to complete the job due to stairs and his health condition. He was too fatigued/ not healthy enough to complete the job. I had to step in at 118 lbs to carry heavy items as well as my husband to help as it would have taken them (1.25 worker) 4 hours to complete the job that should only taken 1 hour 30 minutes. The second worker assisted but the main worker was busting his butt for total of 2 men.

They arrived late but kept me informed along the way. Once the crew got here, they were professional, organized, clearly knew what they were doing and wasted no time getting to work. They asked questions when they needed to, and I felt that communication between us was great. I was impressed with how well they worked with each other to be an efficient team. I will definitely hire them again for future local moves.

What I thought was a good experience has since gone in the other direction. I paid over $750 for a crew of 2 and a moving truck for 5hrs. The home I moved out of was 1700sqft with 3 bedrooms (2br and 1 office). I had to purchase an additional hour, bringing my total to almost $900. I tipped the crew a very nice amount because they moved some additional items that were existing in the new home I moved in to, but I can't believe it took them 6hrs to get me moved. What I discovered afterwards was that there were several furniture items damaged that were not brought to my attention. My refrigerator looked like it had been dropped and dragged on the ground with all the dents and scraps left on it. There was even a 2" gash on the inside. I have sent two emails with pictures of the damage to Kelly at Move Pros, with no response. I thought I was hiring a company that would be professional movers. What I paid for, and what I received did not match. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this move and this company. I will not be using them in the future, or recommending them to anyone I know.

AMAZING!! They were very polite and cautious when bringing my furniture in and put everything where I asked. I’m glad they attach a business card because I definitely recommend them!!!
