We had all of our stuff in a pod! The pod needed to be put in the street because of the severe slant (upward) of the driveway. The two gentlemen worked SO HARD bring all of our belongings up the drive and into the house and never complained once! They were careful with everything and worked fast. I would recommend them 100%!!

Despite being given a very short notice, Smart Move Solutions fully committed to helping me move into my new apartment. They were professional, respectful and had positive attitudes throughout the entire process. They handled my belongings well and worked VERY hard even in the extreme heat (and up three flights of stairs). They also communicated clearly and frequently which is often overlooked but makes a huge difference.
I would absolutely recommend this team and will hire them again when the time comes.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The stresses from finding a moving company to move them disappearing. We will also do a few follow-up calls to confirm the move, and answer any questions or concerns.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call either the day before or the morning of the move to confirm once more. A customer can expect us to ask what their favorite chair is so they can go sit, relax, and watch us work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Know the heavy items you have. If not using us for packing, we suggest that you have everything ready for us to load and unload safely and efficiently. Be mindful not to overpack boxes. Let us know if any chemicals are in any boxes. Know ahead of time where you want your furniture placed at the unload location. If not needing our moving blankets, packaging tape, or shrink wrap, please have some ready. All though it may just a little time to wrap your furniture, these items protect your belongings.

We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
