I highly recommend you avoid Bow Movers. I went with them for price reasons and ended up regretting it very much. They sent 2 movers for our packing job. The lead had never led a crew and it was the 2nd day on the job for the helper. They were nice enough guys but 1) created a big scratch scooting furniture across a wood floor and 2) made a number of packing errors. The packing errors were many, but the worst of which were putting unwrapped bed rails in contact with a dining room table, packing fragile boxes on the bottoms of stacks and packing many boxes without regards to big, obvious "up" arrows. My biggest issue was the company not being willing to fix the 10 foot scratch in the wood floor to my satisfaction. The floor needed to be sanded and refinished to look right. but after 3 months of chasing them, they would only commit $100 because that's how much a patch would cost. Kudos to Hireahelper who made up the $450 difference, so high ratings for Hireahelper but very low ratings for Bow.

They were on time and prepared for the job. They moved an amazing amount of furniture, etc. in 4 hours. While they dinged a couple of door frames in the process of moving, they were respectful of my home and goods. I would use them again, but I would be sure to get all of the trash sacks out of the house so they wouldn't pack them in the pod.

James and Casey were the team. James was AWESOME! He went the extra mile to help with unloading the "wreckage" we found when we opened the POD. (The previous movers didn't secure our furniture/boxes and they were toppled over the furniture with damages and a mess.) James got the broom and helped clean out he POD when everything was all done. He was really a delight and extremely personable. Casey was doing what was expected, but James offered exceptionable customer service. With the help of my spouse, they got the job done one hour sooner than we had contracted for, but we tipped them anyway. Customer service goes a long way for the customer!! Thank you! -Natalie & Jim

These guys (Travis & Andrew) did a great job. They were very polite. They worked very efficiently and took great care moving our things. Nothing was damaged and they avoided banging into any walls or doors. Beginning to end, they did a great job.
