These guys were nice, but they didn’t have a clue on how to load a pod. They placed a 300 pound item ON TOP of my boxes and other MUCH lighter items. They threw my bike in. It will be destroyed. It doesn’t have a chance the way these morons loaded my items. Garden tools, shovel, rakes? They threw into the pod randomly. No straps until the end—nothing in between. I have no doubt I will have damaged items. What a load of ****. I am VERY concerned about my belongings. I would NEVER recommend Veterans movers—even to my worse enemy.
