Movers were on time, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them for your move.

They showed up 10 minutes early and didn't ask for payment for the time that the truck showed up late (though I did pay them). They worked hard and I did not sense that anything was damaged that they handled.

I gave them specific tape for each of the bedrooms and they still managed to mess it all up. They hardly labeled the boxes so I knew what was in each. I can say that nothing got broken, that I have discovered so far in the move.

I was terribly disappointed with the service provided with this packing company . They packed only one of three floors of furniture and then left without finishing the job. when I tried to contact them I received a constant <WERE SORRY THERE but there is a high volume of calls ahead of you please be patient) I called you to report the problem I was having and just got another moving company jepordising the date of the actual move . I had to go to neighbors to complete the packing since I am handicap . You can say you are sorry but this will not stop me from going to the proper Better Business Bureau authorities about the this terrible company even if they are a subcontractor .

We were disappointed a very young crew with no equipment showed up an hour late. Hand straps ....instead of hand trucks and dollies is not what was promised.
However, they did a good job given their lack of equipment. Luckily the facility had carts.
Lenny, the owner also agreed to take away the boxes and packing stuff but the 3 youngsters in one car couldn't do that.

We had 2 movers help us for several hours and were very happy with their service. There was clear communication prior to the move. Then the day of, they were punctual, friendly and very flexible with their work. Throughout the move, they handled all of our furniture and moving challenges with respect. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
