I enjoyed the heavy lifting and consideration they gave to being careful not to bump walls. They solved a few get it in the room puzzles with ingenuity and patience.
Communication was great in terms of when they would arrive in spite of some apparent slow downs that they did not allow to affect our schedule or their full-on effort.

Had one experienced and one inexperienced "loader" arrive. Undoubtedly, this caused issues with inefficiency and quality of the loading job. It was a long-distance (500 mile) move and my contents suffered as a result of poor execution. The personnel hired to unload at my destination were completely floored at how poorly items were loaded - not taking advantage of available furniture pads with many items "thrown in" last minute. There clearly seemed to be a scheduling conflict in play, but I made the reservation over a week in advance and even gave a run-down of what needed to be done on the phone. Overall, I was disappointed with this particular move but had a good experience with them on a prior move.
