First the basics
Were they on time? Yes, early in fact.
Were they prepared for the job? Yes, they had all the equipment they needed, hand trucks dollys etc..
Did they work hard? They were incredibly fast and efficient while being extremely careful.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? They’re obviously very skilled and work completely respectful of my cherished items.
Would you use them again? I would use them again in a second, I have no need for any other service.
Before I booked this great business I researched a number of different companies, and this one stood out. I could not be happier. They kept in touch by text from the moment, I signed the agreement online which was efficient and amazing. When you’re preparing to move, answering the phone difficult, so, the texts were welcome. The crew showed up early, and was ready and waiting. When I arrived. They were smiling, personable, generally very happy guys, and that makes all the difference. They moved my stuff in 20 minutes into a truck I rented.
I drove to the Storage location, and they emptied the truck and moved it into the storage location. Simple, fast extremely efficient , just a really great experience in a situation where you’re stressed because moving is always difficult.

Anthony, Ricardo, and Jorge did an excellent job- they unloaded my moving 20’ moving truck with speed and care. They took time to move furniture to the exact rooms we needed in our apartment. In June 13th A plus moving company was approximately 1h, 42m late and after a discussion with "hire a helper" reasonable accommodations were made. Unfortunately, the owner of the company did not read the job details that clearly listed I was moving a piano, so adjustments needed to be made to my billing - marginally reasonable. The company left behind a their gallon of water, small water bottles, a thick gray moving strap, and cigarettes butts one of their employees left on my property. In addition, a vaping item was left in the pod by the company. My items were unloaded June 28th. I diligently supervised, every item removed from the pod for any damage during transport. Much to my surprise and utter disappointment, I watched the removal of a container that I personally tightly sealed with moving tape ( which was loaded and Tetrised into the pod by A Plus Moving, llc unsupervised) be removed by the unloading company with the top of the container completely gone and is still missing. The missing top of the container and the contents inside included my son's piggy bank. My son was missing 2-$50 bills, 5-$20 bills and 1-$10 bill. I was shocked and felt violated. Although I didn't see anyone from A plus moving take the money from my son's piggy bank, I know I watched that tightly sealed container be carried out of my home by A plus moving company and when it arrived at my new home, the seal and top were no longer on the container and monetetary contents were missing from my son's piggy bank. It is for the cumulative that I give this company 1 star.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are specially trained in customer service. This entails smooth communication throughout the moving process. They're also adept in the loading/unloading process while also being careful with the transport/carrying of furniture, items.
