Do not use this crew ever again!
From my years of experience my suggestion to you would be next time you decide to move and you will not be onsite. Please leave a point of contact for the moving company as well as someone onsite to oversee the move. Communication is key.

Multiple issues with this company. I requested 3 movers for 3 hours. The crew showed up smelling like marijuana, then shortly afterward the “supervisor” left to get a dolly and was gone for 45 min. The supervisor was also constantly talking on her phone, resting on the stairs, and doing minimal work while the other two picked up her slack. My wife, father and I were also assisting moving items outside. After paying for 2 extra hours they had only filled 21’ of a 28’ trailer. After they left I found out they were just dumping stuff behind furniture to make the trailer seem more full. I repacked it and gained back 6’ of space. We ended up hiring another crew and they were able to pack the rest in under 90 min. I appreciated the work the other 2 crew members did (Mike & Hakeem) did but I would not use nor recommend this company to anyone. To top it off because of these delays I was forced to cancel a family trip for Memorial Day.
