The J Sutton & Co. Moving Services Team did an excellent job! They were on time, experienced, worked hard, worked well together, and they were very careful with our belongings. They were easy to work with and flexible. They willingly responded to unexpected challenges with a "can-do" attitude. Thanks to the four members of the J Sutton & Co. Moving Services Team that loaded our rental truck, the move was a success! They had apparently forgotten about our move. We had to call them and they sent us 2 guys an hour later. One of them could hardly lift any of our furniture and basically dragged our desk down the stairs. A stressful mess.

I would highly recommend J Sutton & Co to anyone looking for help with a move in New York. The process for requesting a Certificate of Insurance that our management company required in advance of move-in day was seamless, and the two movers who were assigned to the job on move-in day were fantastic. They showed up to our building early, helped clear a parking spot for the trailer that held all of our belongings, and we were finished within 90 minutes.

J Sutton is great! The owner is very responsive to emails / phone calls and the workers were extremely friendly and quick to move us. The only issue was that 1 out of the 2 requested movers came during both move-in and move-out. We got the job done with one and HireAHelper has good customer service, however.

The men who handled the move did an excellent job.
One item to note: this company books for Move-Out and Move-In separately. I initially scheduled a two hour window thinking I could do it all in the same time, but I was informed that it had to be two separate 2-hour bookings.

John was terrific and moved all my stuff in the rain last minute. Very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing with the big and small stuff. No damage to anything. Managed to squeeze everything into my u haul defying several laws of physics and geometry in the process. Hire him- he’s your man.
