Art did a great job! 4 stars since he was 20 minutes late from the hour window when he was supposed to arrive, but he let me know that he would be late with ample time. Moved quickly and with respect for our things. Would hire again!

They were GREAT, always on time, worked hard even with 98 degree heat and very respectful plus they communicated to keep me informed and on track......with all the distractions of moving and landing the Pods that was a bonus. They were willing to adjust as need due to last moment changes. I would hire them again any time.

I would've given more stars except they were rough with some of the furniture on the stairs. They seemed to lack a sense of urgency that I'm used to seeing in other service contractors. Art specifically was informative, helpful, and has great customer service.

The crew was on-time, super respectful of my stuff, fast, helpful, the works. And even though it was a miserable day (windy, rainy, etc), they were great and never complained... just a really professional couple of guys.

They were right on time and well prepared for the job. Everything was packed neat and secure. They really cared about my important sentimental items and made sure they were well wrapped and safe. They moved all of my items from a 10x20 storage unit onto a 16’ truck in an hour. So quick!!! I would use this service again in a heartbeat.

Art was a master at planning, packing, and communicating. He built trust. Aaron was dutiful but wish he would have exercised care when moving bed rungs from the living room. He tore the flooring which I repaired in short order. Overall we are satisfied customers and appreciate the service.
