What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A copy of the estimate for moving will be forwarded to the customer via email and we will always be available for any follow up questions or concerns.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The moving team will pre-call when they are on route, they will show up within an agreed upon time frame (usually 30 minute- 1 hour window) and they will professionally complete the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Ensure all boxes/containers are properly sealed, all appliances are disconnected and drained and try to limit the amount unnecessary people present on the day of the move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done long distance moves (out of state), handled commercial moves (moving office buildings, multi floor and multiple locations) and residential moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the stress evaporate on our customers faces while we move them, during such a stressful time.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All team members are trained by the owner (professional mover of over 20 years) for 90 days in all aspects of moving including pad wrapping, proper lifting, angles and corners to properly navigate furniture through corners, loading the moving truck in tiers for strength in the load to prevent damage and proper unloading, equipment usage,
