They showed up a little late due to traffic, but followed up until they arrived, which we appreciated. They unloaded a 14' truck within the two-hour time period and even helped reassemble my dresser that was falling apart. I'd recommend hiring these guys!

One didn't show up until 45 minutes after he was due; the other didn't show up until an hour later. I had to move my day around to accommodate them. Worse, they didn't notify me there would be any lateness. I didn't want to pay them.

This company was great. I had initially only hired 2 movers but they ended up bringing 3 so everything went much faster. They were on time and efficient. They also had dollies to use to wheel my boxes to my back stairs. I had to move up to the 3rd floor with no elevator and they still managed to get my truck unloaded in 45 minutes. They were careful with all the stuff and made sure it went to the right room. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Called in advance to let us know they were stuck in traffic, so we didn't panic. When Terry and Harold arrived, they looked the truck over, all the stuff we had to move, and got right to work. Were extremely polite, careful with all our items, and were so professional at moving, and knowing how to pack the truck to get the most in the area we had to work with. Kept us informed of how much time we had left, and were absolutely awesome to work with. If we ever move in the Chicago area again, we will definitely call Efficient Helper. Could not give a higher review to these folks. Isaac was also in contact with us to help through the process. Could not have gone any more smoothly.
