1 person on the phone the whole time. And we rented a truck and a dollie and the dollie is missing. We called man of steel and there phone is disconnected. Hire helpers gave me a second number. I called them a lady answered. She said he will have the guys call me. I haven't heard from them.

The 3 workers arrived on time, were very pleasant, strong, hard-working, but didn't properly load the PODs and I had much damage. I requested plastic wrap for furniture, but they only brought 1 almost empty roll. It was used to wrap 1 blanket. I also requested rope and also provided some of my own, but none was used. Nothing was tied down. They started efficiently loading the boxes, but then tried to fit all the large furniture at the end, with only blankets thrown over for protection and much wasted space. Everything got scratched and one large curio arrived with the glass broken everywhere. Many items couldnt fit and i had to leave and donate to neighbors. I would not use them unless they got proper training in loading PODS.

Not on time...not respectful of property...When movers work they should know how to move appliances so they don't get dented and scratched. I am not even sure how we report our issues to get some remedy. These folks took way to many smoke breaks not sure if that constitutes working hard. Never using this service again and don't recommend it to anyone.

The men were nice however I had a few problems throughout my move. They arrived late, took their time getting started and then took two hours more than my two previous moves with the same items. Upon looking at a few of my things the next day, the bottom of my nightstand was broken, two of my shelves were scratched horribly, and one of my walls has a chunk of dry wall taken out where they hit it. In all honesty I would not use them again because I felt taken advantage of.

These guys were excellent. Worked fast and hard and filled container top to bottom, front to back. Very courteous. Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY., STAY AWAY. Promised and now show after HOURS. i hired them once through HIREAHELPER, they showed up (late) and were good, however the second time i needed help and re booked them not so much. I had booked them again for 3 guys to show at 9am. They postponed this 4 times advising they needed to find a 3rd guy. I called and Text so many times it was STUPID.....at one point a girl answers the phone pretty sure they were just hanging out somewhere. The owner promised for hours they were coming, finally i said enough and went elsewhere.....STAY AWAY. They are not reliable.

They came early when I asked to move up the appointment time and were able to stay longer. However, they were so efficient it wasn't necessary!

Did a wonderful job loading. Professional and personable. Would use again. Only recommendation is if you have a refrigerator, make sure to place under your instructions that tools needed for refrigator door handle removal.

The movers showed up late. However they made up for it. They were fast, professional & they were also funny as well. It was like having my little brothers move my stuff. Since I rented a truck, they gave me a ride back to my truck after they were done. I'm using them again to move my storage.
