Original workers were unavailable, replacements were a bit unprofessional and disrespectful of our property, especially the one without a shirt on, showing his crack, spitting on the ground, and marring my property by cutting my two box springs. They did complete the job on time. The blond headed worker worked much harder than the dark headed unprofessional worker.

They were a little late but they came prepared to work and stayed longer. Two college kids, knew what they were doing, worked well together and worked hard. I would definitely use them again. Also communication with Crothers Brothers Moving was great.

The team that came out to help us arrived a little late, but they got done early, so it didn't really matter. They were prepared to do the job. I needed furniture loaded onto a Penske truck. My only real complaint was that they didn't get all of my furniture on board. They moved several boxes instead and I don't know if that was the decision of the crew, or the lack of direction given by my son who had to supervise since I was out of town. I would definitely use them again and am hoping to book another three person team for July 30th.

This service was inadequate. I was told they would come with a dolly and they did not, so I had to run to the store to buy them one to use. My things were moved into a POD located outside of my apartment building. They mentioned that the POD was basically full, so my mom and I thought that everything in the POD would be packed in well and secure. When we went to the POD, we saw the movers did not use any ratchet tie downs and the antique furniture was loose and could have easily broken during the POD's move to storage and then move to Texas, had we not checked it. When PODs came to pick up the container, he said the movers did a really bad job packing and we ended up having to move the furniture around ourselves and strap it down with ties. The movers should have done this for the price we paid. We would not use them again. On a positive note, they were early for the job.

The two men who moved my furniture were friendly and courteous. They did a wonderful job maneuvering my couches and tables around walls and doorways. I will hire them again.
