Showed up on time and got done over a hour and half early booked for 4 hours bad estimate on my part. They damaged one of my walls on top of stairs dented in Sheetrock and nicked wall in bedroom with corner of dresser didnt notice either to after they left they never told my wife. Gave my wife a comment about putting together furniture that they didnt bring tools because I didnt tell them but it was in my notes on order. They did use my tools and put beds together but wife had to tighten screws and put draws under sons bed upside down. Didnt put doors back on fridge said they aren't allowed to put appliances together. Boxes were stacked on there sides and wife had to ask them to put furniture were she wanted it they were going to just leave it in room where they wanted. Seemed like they were more worried about getting done fast even though I paided them for 4 hours. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them. If it wasn't for the damage to walls and them not telling us I would give them 3 stars.

They were very skilled and super fast. I had a lot of heavier furniture items and they were able to navigate them out of my narrow apartment with no problems. They also packed the truck very well and nothing moved around during the 500-mile drive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving long or short distances.

They were on time, they were time efficient, and packed my pod full. They were very polite and worked hard. However, when our belongings were unpacked, many furniture items were scratched and nicked. My dining room table, which did not have one mark on it to start, was horribly scratched! I will have to have it refinished or keep it covered it is so bad. They must have jammed something sharp on top of it. My dresser mirror was also badly nicked. Unfortunately, I would not use them again.

We're on time. Came in without introducing themselves so I never knew their names. Young kid stacked 3 boxes on dolly and proceeded to literally bounce the dolly down the first 2 flights of stairs before I stopped him. You could hear either things breaking or smacking against each other with each time the dolly hit the next step! I. Mentioned that I had a bicycle that needed to be loaded. The guy laid the bike down on the top of the load and did not secure in any way. I asked him 3 times if he needed to rope things down and he said he was sure nothing would shift. POD not yet delivered so unsure if anything broken or damaged. Would not use again.

Great communication. Did a wonderful job. Would definitely use again. I chose them because they had a five star rating and now I know why. They are careful but quick, no-nonsense, get the job done and they don't play around. They start working from the moment they arrive. We had a three person team, two men and one woman and they unloaded a 28 foot trailer within 3 hours. Awesome!
