Appointment was from 9-10 and Gus showed up with 2 helpers at 10:40. One of his helpers had a very distinctive smell of alcohol. While loading my budget truck, I had to tell them how to carry and how to pack almost every piece of furniture. After truck was loaded, ti took me driving a Budget truck for the very first time to get to my new home in 30 minutes. Gus and his crew arrived there 25 minutes later, since they apparently stopped for lunch. After unloading the truck and making 2 dents in the walls when carrying in the furniture, I was told that they will not go to the place for the second load. I was told that I would run out of time and I was forced to let them go 40 minutes earlier. Overall, I got them for 4 hours and out of that time 1:40 was spent of them " driving to the place" I wish I get paid 25 bucks an hour to be driven in a car to the place of my job.
Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! Stay away from that service.

Called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. They were prompt and worked quickly, moving several rooms of heavy furniture from upstairs to downstairs. They were very careful, very polite and were finished in less than one hour.

The two Gentlemen were awesome!! For a minute there I didn’t think they would be able to get my Leather couch into the second floor apt! The doorway is very small and narrow. They didn’t give up and tried every way possible to get the couch in! With their constant determination they succeeded! I was so Happy. It took the move 1hr, the job was booked for two, they deserve the extra hour! I would book them in the future and highly recommend them to friends!
