There's a lot of anxiety when you have to move. These guys took it all away. Super nice and so fast. They packed our stuff so it didn't move around as we traveled. Amazing experience. They were really nice to my kiddo too which is always a nice touch.

Avoid these guys if you want to have unloaders that show up and help you with your move! Off the Grid cancelled 2 hours before the job's start time!!! In my job listing for unloading a storage Pod on my moving day, I said, "My son is high risk for COVID so please wear a mask." Jason at Off the Grid accepted the job right away. But several days later when I texted him a friendly reminder to wear a mask, he replied, "I’m not doing this...I’m sorry but I’m not going to risk fighting with you guys and then getting a bad review over a mask... all I see is a bad review coming. We do not play the Covid card here in Idaho. You are more than welcome to believe what you want." Then he immediately cancelled the job! It was 2 hours before the job was scheduled to start! He thought that if he cancelled the job, his company would not get a bad review....I guess he was wrong since you are reading this!

Movers arrived in time. Worked hard and were very fast and efficient. Jason and Julian were pleasant, respectful, and did an excellent and professional job. Would highly recommend! Will use them again when I need some great movers!

Before any movers are allowed on a job they must got through training on proper lifting techniques and other safety items first, as well as proper techniques for loading, unloading, stacking, etc. All training is done prior to first job.
