After previous experiences with moving companies that never showed up, we were very hesitant to hire a moving company, but the guys of AJ were amazing! They showed up on time, they were courteous and treated our furniture with care. We had a complicated setup and they had to walk quite a bit to get our things into the building from the container, but they still managed to get everything done quickly and efficiently. I also think the pricing was in line with the average, and the price I was quoted originally was the price I paid in the end, so no surprises. I would highly recommend them!

Unloaded the POD in 1/2 hour and put items where directed. Quick, efficient, in and out. Called first to say when they were coming, which was helpful as I was not living in the home at that time.

The team arrived about 15 minutes early and introduced themselves. I explained how I had arranged all the boxes and furniture and they got right to work. It was over 90 degrees and very humid but they didnt complain or slow their pace. They finished loading the POD in 2 hrs and everything was very safe and secure. Really excellent work by 2 nice guys on a sweltering summer day.

The main problem with their service was they were not on time. Expected time 9- 10. At 10 I called them. They said they were on their way. Showed up after 11. I feel they should have called me to let me know they would be late. They rearranged what I had packed and packed what else needed to be stored. Tied everything down and were finished in a half hour. The main packer knew exactly what to do and had 3 years experience, very polite and set about working as soon as he got out of his car. They were very careful with everything. Since I am moving out of state, I could not use them again.
