Didn't show during the appointed time window. Had trouble making contact with either the team or the supervisor. When they finally did contact me 2 hours after the appointment time, they told me they would be another hour late. I didn't have time to wait, so I had to cancel the move and lose the day. I don't fault them for their previous job unexpectedly go long, but for not letting me know sooner. Supervisor/owner never even contacted me to apologize or see if I wanted to reschedule.

Family movers did a very good job. They were supposed to have a 3 person for the price of a 2 person team help move. They showed up with 2 people. However, the two guys that helped move us were rock stars. Also they knocked of the extra time needed because of the 2 people. I would use them again in a heart beat. They were all good guys, honest and completely fair with their billing. They were careful with the furniture in our house and they managed to get a ton of stuff into a medium sized Uhaul.

They arrived at 9:15 am even though I had set up the start time for 1 p.m. It all worked out fine though. They did a good job unloading my 26 foot truck. They were a nice crew and I would hire them again. My only complaint is with the company, not the men who did the unloading. I was told a 2 hour minimum and that I wouldn't pay for hours scheduled if not needed. I paid for 4 hours even though the crew was only there for 3.

Derick, Kevin and William were an awesome team. They were on time very professional, genius at getting things to fit and were just an outstanding group. This company was also very communicative and flexible with us with schedule changes due to the hurricane and I know they were trying to reschedule a lot of customers. I have already reckon fed them to several people just today. Thanks so much Family Movers!!!

I hired Family Movers to move my furniture into a POD. When the POD did not arrive as scheduled my first call was to Family Movers. They worked very hard to get my job done and ended up we had to reschedule for the next morning. Their schedule for the rest of the next day had to be altered too but Family Movers was more than happy to help me in every way possible. I hired 2 men for 2 hours...3 men showed up and they were very professional, very hard working and got the job done. The BEST crew ever! I would highly recommend Family Movers to anyone who wants a dependable, respectful, hard working company for their next move.

Showed up on time, early in fact. They were ready to start work right away, they worked hard and got everything moved from my old place to my new place, my roomates new place and the storage unit within the time frame I booked them for. They were very friendly and professional would definitely hire them again.

I can't say enough to about Family Movers. They went above and beyond anything I could've imagined, I fired the movers I hired months back within the first five minutes of arriving and while I was left stranded and having to move myself, I found this site and Family Movers. D Jones accepted the job and through the rain and last minute notice, he arrived within an hour and a half of calling and was so professional. I'd call on him and his company at the drop of a hat. You wouldn't be disappointed.

David and his crew were the utmost professionals and they really know what they're doing. We finished our move less than 2 minutes ago and I'm already writing a review - that's how good they were. They got the job done quickly, they took proper care of our stuff, gave us great advice and I would trust them with any move. There are a lot of bad movers out there - but Family Movers is a company you can trust. We also hired them last minute after a disaster with our original movers, and they came through in a pinch to save the day. I wish we had gone with them from the beginning. Highly, highly recommend.
