First half hour they were ok. I asked them to place the boxes aaccording to room and leave specific boxes in the garage. When they left i found nothing but boxes mixed up in every room. Garden,shed and yard boxes in the master bedroom.nothing that was labeled
bathroom or kitchen in those rooms.
Id say 3/4 of my two 16 foot containers were dumped in my garage,the other third scattered through out the home.
I was charged double the price because it took 2 hours more. I was asked if it was ok to smoke by the workers. I didnt mind i told them as long as the work gets finished,but now feel i shouldn't have,should have been firmer.between that and the one box at a time being carried in i believe i was over charged by hundreds of dollars.
My moving company was sensational.as far as this company,if this unsatisfied customer isn't compensated for the poor execution of the job and the reputation of this company, i would say reevaluate your Choice in companies. I would never pay what i did for the service i received.
I did tip both workers significantly,with the anticipation of everything being done to specifics. It will be the last time i am trusting.
A side note, plywood was left on the side of the container in the street that i carried in and my BRAND NEW floor was damaged while dropping the refrigerator into place. Put it to you this way, the first thing that happened was when the worker opened the container,he attempted to pull something out and a huge box of nails and screws fell on top of him. I should have charged you instead of me being charged for extra time. I now find myself carrying huge,heavy boxes into the house by myself.

There is no way two movers can unload two 16' pods in 2 hours. You were informed that the job would go over well in advance. Two hours per pod is average. As far as the boxes getting mixed up we would have corrected that at our expense had we been informed. We were also never made aware of damage to your floor? Management can not correct anything that it is unaware of. We are sorry you are unsatisfied and have no problem correcting our mistakes. Proper communication is everything.

Crew did not know exact hours of service, scratched hardwood floors, destroyed baseboard moulding, lied to their boss about who caused the damage and who repaired the damage. When the pods arrived in Utah, damage to several pieces of furniture, where its rubbed against each other!!! All bedroom furniture- expensive-, had wear marks and scuff marks!! I am very unhappy with their service and cannot give Triangle labor any kind of good remarks!! I just had a crew unload the furniture and they wanted to know if the people who loaded the furniture cared about the job!!!!

Mover's response:
Mr. Hranac normally I am gracious and apologetic in replying to a bad review. However, you are not being honest. My crew worked 5 hours and filled 3 Pods which is well within the time frame for that. You refused to pay for the 5th hour. You only complained and showed any displeasure when I called you about your remaining balance owed. You repeatedly tried to assist in the moving causing the damage yourself. I wish there was more room for a proper reply. Seriously unfair review!

Arrived approx. 10 minutes late but worked continuosly to get truck loaded in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Pleasant and professional. Lewis and Scott are hard workers. Would use again.

They did a good job and I would recommend them. I would also use them again. I had estimated on the high side for a 3 hour job. They completed my job in 45 minutes. I was told by the Triangle manager (as well as the job helpers) that I would only be charged the 2 hour minimum, and would not be charged for the 3rd hour estimated but not used. To date, the amount charged on my card statement includes the 3rd hour (not used), or $270. I was told I would only be charged the 2 hour minimum, or $205. When will this $65 credit be issued ?? Please advise. Thank you.

They were prepared for the job with equipment for moving boxes and furniture. They worked very hard. Believe me, they did because I had one piece of furniture in particular that was very heavy and had to go up a flight of stairs. They were careful with everything, putting everything where I asked them to. I would definitely hire them again.

They didn't call me before they get there so they had to wait for about an hour. But overall they did a good job. They had the equipment to carry our stuff to the 3rd floor. They treated our stuff nicely.

This job had a lot of challenges, and they met them. Nothing damaged, nothing broken, even with narrow stairwells up two flights in an old building. They came up with good ideas for safely and quickly moving all my items. I would hire these fellows again. They were punctual, prepared, hard working and respectful.

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.

What types of moves have you handled?

We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
