Please don't! I'm not sure they read any of my comments beforehand. I requested one item (plastic wrap) and they didn't have it. He showed up and said he didn't have enough money to buy it. With close supervision and after explaining that a pod needs to be packed floor to ceiling, they got the pod packed up. There was NO regard for my stuff - the walls, the furniture, anything. The stairway has numerous knicks and scrapes and scratches. I'm dreading seeing my furniture when it comes out of the pod! The guys were nice enough, but just didn't understand the care needed to move someone with care for their things.

Hired these movers for a 7am move and they didn't show up until 10am (3 hours late)! They didn't bring any kind of moving equipment with them and just stacked and shoved things everywhere. They did finish on time however, now after unpacking I found dents, scrapes and missing furniture pieces on pretty much every bit of furniture because they were rushing through the job. Also, I clearly had a tub labeled CHINA which was passed down many generations and they stacked it on the bottom of 5 tubs, smashing through the tub, thankfully nothing of irreplaceable value was destroyed! Bottom line, they showed up 3 hrs late to a job they agreed to be at and were careless with our items. Would definitely not use them again.

Very nice people. They did an excellent job. Used all of the available spaces even the drawers of the cabinets etc to make all our stuff went in to the 16ft PODS container. Would use them again.

They were about 45 minutes late but actually finished an hour early. They worked very hard most of the time, had a lot of phone calls going on. They were respectful and made good recommendations for how things should be loaded and protected.
